Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your Mishpi account and the data associated with it at any time. This page lets you do it yourself, or tells you how to ask us to do it for you.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, sign-in).
- The posts and photos you contributed.
- If you are the owner of a family: that family, its membership, its posts and photos are removed for everyone in it.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone. Backups and logs that may briefly retain data are purged on our normal cycle (within 30 days). Records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons (e.g. payment invoices held by our payment processor) are retained only as required by law.

Signed in with Google? Or prefer email?
If you use Google sign-in (no password), open the Mishpi app → Settings → Delete account. You can also email hello@mishpi.com from your account's email address and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days.
