Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Mishpi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The service

Mishpi is a subscription service that lets a family or group share photos and updates in a private feed, then compiles those posts into a printed gazette and mails it to the recipients you choose each month. The people you mail to do not need an account.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Each family has an admin who manages members, the recipient list and the subscription. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country to hold an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post or mail content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that violates someone else's rights or privacy. Family admins are responsible for the content their family posts and for having permission to include the people who appear in photos and text, including children. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Your content and our rights

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. To run the service, you grant Mishpi a limited licence to store, process, lay out, print and mail your content for the purpose of producing and delivering your gazette. This licence exists only to provide the service and ends when you delete the content or your account, except for issues already printed and posted.

Mishpi's own software, design, branding and the gazette templates remain our intellectual property.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to deliver gazettes reliably, but we do not guarantee that printing or postal delivery will always be on time or error-free, as parts of that depend on third parties and postal services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mishpi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction to be specified by the operator], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
